GPM has developed the core technologies of in-house software and hardware. Combined with domain knowledge on the client end, GPM incorporates big data, AI, and cutting-edge information technologies to integrate smart services of the GPM Intelligent Mechanical Platform. Technologies of the Platform include a Smart Logistics system, a Smart and Predictive Maintenance System, and a robot flexible processing system. The Smart Logistics system is highly intelligent, capable of dispatching vehicles and higher-level communication. The system can select from a forklift, TBM, material handling AGV and Mobile Robot according to the site and need, which has been successfully introduced to international packaging and wafer manufacturers, improving our clients' factory yield and production efficiency.
GPM offers one-stop-shop services that incorporate E-Rack material management, in which storage management starts from material incoming. The entire storage space is automated and unmanned to effectively reduce risks and monitor material inventory. MPM's intelligent scheduling system is capable of optimized scheduling, AGV automatic material storage and retrieval, and the CSUN automated oven is capable of automatic baking processes, door opening/ closing, and running baking programs.
