Whistle-blowing channel for unethical conduct

In upholding the management philosophy of honesty, transparency, integrity and accountability, GPM, its subsidiaries and business partners prohibit corrupt or fraudulent conduct in any form during transactions or interactions. If you discover GPM employees or representatives engaging in suspicious behaviors that may be in violation of the company’s code of ethics, please make use of the following channels to report the matter. Apart from legal requirements, we will ensure the absolute confidentiality of personal information you provide, and we will protect the information by adopting appropriate measures.

Procedure:
After receiving a complaint, GPM will immediately launch an enquiry to verify the facts, and an investigation team will investigate the alleged fraudulent conduct.

Response method:
The company will protect the absolute confidentiality of the plaintiff’s identity, whistleblowing details and evidence. The result of the investigation will be replied to the plaintiff via email.
