Occupational safety education and training
Plan and implement employee safety and health training, such as safety and health certification courses, emergency response drills, to improve employees' safety and health knowledge and skills.

Establish an emergency response team
The emergency response plan includes rapid response to accidents and establishment of response procedures for potential disasters. GPM holds emergency response drills every six months.

Occupational Safety Committee
Regular meetings are held every quarter, and labor representatives are elected to provide a formal channel for managers and employees to communicate regarding environmental protection, safety and health issues.

Employee Annual Health Exam
Health examinations are conducted annually. Testing standards exceed current regulations. Various ultrasound examinations, electrocardiograms, etc. are added to provide a comprehensive diagnosis for employee wellness.
