GPM was founded in 1978. Our products have since expanded to include IC packaging equipment, LCD manufacturing processes, automation and testing equipment, industrial robots, precision components, new product development, cleaning and regeneration, etc. Since our establishment, we have been an enterprise that takes pride in honesty, strives for perfection, and is committed to our city. Our culture continues to grow and thrive. Our business philosophy is to provide people-oriented, build consensus, create a good working environment, and encourage employees to develop their full potential. In the future, the company will continue to uphold this business philosophy, and deepen this philosophy into the company's employees, so as to create wellness for the community. In order to create a safe and hygienic working environment, in addition to complying with domestic occupational safety and health and fire protection laws and regulations, we have provided appropriate safety devices and personal protective equipment for high-risk operators. Additionally, provided education and training for employees on safety and health awareness. In order to implement the occupational safety and health policy, we actively invest human, material, and financial resources to plan and implement employee safety and health training. For example: safety and health certification courses, on-the-job education and training, emergency response drills, CPR+AED first aid training and health promotion courses to enhance colleagues' safety and health knowledge and skills.

Plan and implement employee safety and health training, such as safety and health certification courses, emergency response drills, to improve employees' safety and health knowledge and skills.

Establish an emergency response team
The emergency response plan includes rapid response to accidents and establishment of response procedures for potential disasters. GPM holds emergency response drills every six months.

Occupational Safety Committee
Regular meetings are held every quarter, and labor representatives are elected to provide a formal channel for managers and employees to communicate regarding environmental protection, safety and health issues.

Employee Annual Health Exam
Health examinations are conducted annually. Testing standards exceed current regulations. Various ultrasound examinations, electrocardiograms, etc. are added to provide a comprehensive diagnosis for employee wellness.
