At GPM, "Quality First, Customer Superiority, Perfection, and Value Creation"  has been the quality policy since establishment. Therefore, we have formed a professional customer service team, established a sound after service system, and opened a 24-hour quick-response on-call hotline. We also arrange special staffs to respond to maintenance/after service requests, analyze and consolidate problems, and follow up the action taken. In doing so, we aim to provide customers with comprehensive quality service, assist them in enhancing competitiveness, and create higher added value.
